From a sumptuous breakfast selection including an omelet station to corporate plated meals or buffet meals, Forty Two knows how to create a spread that is enticing to the eyes and the palate. Select from a number of entrees like Grilled Chicken Sorrentino, Chipotle Glazed Pork Loin and Grouper Persillade with sides of fresh vegetables. Top it all off with one of the decadent desserts.

If your event calls for hors d'oeuvres, choose from items like Cucumber Rounds with Salmon Mousse or Bacon Wrapped Scallops and Miniature Beef Wellington.

Choose from the Classic Collection or the Chef's Choice.  Create your own menu based on the needs of your event, then work directly with the staff at Forty Two to finalize your menu based on budget, dietary restraints and preference.

Catering services extend to include bistro boxed lunches, sack lunches and kids' meals, as well as bar service.  Forty Two can cater any size off-site event while the restaurant can accommodate 200 people standing or 100 seated. The Great Hall can accommodate 500 standing and 250 seated.

Classic Collection Menu:

The Classic Collection is everything you would want in catering and more. Choose from plated meals, buffets, boxed lunches, and stations. This menu offers a wide variety of meats, starches, vegetables and desserts; everything from char-grilled swordfish with a pineapple-mango pico-de-gallo to traditional meat lasagna.

Chef's Choice:

Who knows the best dishes better than the chef? This menu offers tried-and-true dishes personally recommended by the chef at Forty Two. Sea and land work together deliciously, richly accented by the use of fresh, Arkansas grown vegetables (when in season).
